The training side of the studio has an open floor space covered in firm rubber on top of a sound insulated floor of wood panels and soundboard.It is solid but not as hard as traditional wood floor.
The ceilings are 10 feet high. There are chin up bars of different heights. We have a selection of yoga blocks, wood handstand blocks, rollers, tune up balls and other handstand toys. We have dumbbells from 1 Lb. up to 20 Lbs. We have various tension bands a set of stall bars ,one set of adjustable rings, a stretch rack, one fall mat and one 3 panel fold up 1 inch vinyl foam mat.
